Financial Support for Parents
If you need financial support, check whether you are eligible for help such as Tax-Free Childcare or Universal Credit help

The cost of childcare can vary significantly based on the provider and the level of support available. Here are some key points regarding childcare support costs in the UK
Universal Credit: Eligible working parents can receive up to £1,032 per month for one child or £1,769 for two or more children. This support is available for children up to the age of 16.
Tax-Free Childcare: This scheme can help with paying for care outside school hours, such as after-school clubs or breakfast clubs.
Childcare Vouchers: These vouchers can be used until children turn 15 (or 16 for disabled children).
Free Childcare for Working Parents: This is available for those on Universal Credit and can help with childcare costs for children under 17.
Additional Support for Working Parents: Eligible working parents can receive up to £1,031.88 per month for one child or £1,768.94 per month for two or more children.
It's important to note that while these schemes can provide significant financial relief, they are subject to eligibility criteria and may not cover all childcare costs. Parents should check with their local authority or childcare provider to understand the specific support available to them.
